IQF Mango Zebda
IQF Zebda Mango (Frozen) – Product Overview:
Zebda Mango is a well-known Egyptian mango variety, widely appreciated for its distinct tropical flavor, natural sweetness, and high pulp content. It is commonly used in IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) processing, especially for applications where flavor intensity and aroma are key priorities.
Zebda stands out for its buttery texture and rich taste, although it contains slightly higher fiber compared to export premium varieties like Keitt. When properly processed using IQF technology, it delivers good performance in frozen applications, particularly in juices, smoothies, and fruit preparations.
Compared to firmer varieties such as Keitt, Zebda is more flavor-driven than structure-driven, making it highly suitable for blended and processed food industries rather than applications requiring perfectly defined fruit pieces.
