IQF Mango Keitt
IQF Keitt Mango (Frozen) – Product Overview:
Keitt Mango is one of the most important mango varieties grown in Egypt, widely used for IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) processing. It is highly valued for its firm texture, low fiber content, and excellent freezing performance, making it ideal for export and long-distance distribution.
Unlike softer premium varieties such as Ewis, Keitt offers superior processing stability, handling tolerance, and consistent quality after thawing, which makes it a preferred choice for industrial and retail frozen fruit applications.
